"Do not get lost in a sea of despair. Be hopeful, be optimistic. Our struggle is not the struggle of a day, a week, a month, or a year, it is the struggle of a lifetime. Never, ever be afraid to make some noise and get in good trouble, necessary trouble.”John Lewis

20% of the sale from Good Trouble yard signs will be donated to the Mt. Zion Baptist Church Preservation Society of Athens, Ohio.

Mount Zion Baptist Church Preservation Society is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to restoring the Mount Zion Baptist Church into a vibrant community center. The center will offer educational, cultural and creative programming to support the Black community and other marginalized peoples of Southeast Ohio.

The Mount Zion Baptist Church is a registered National Historical Landmark located at 32 W. Carpenter St., Athens, Ohio.
The church was partially funded by a famous Black couple, Edward and Mattie Berry, who were owners of the famed Berry Hotel. Their hotel was a major landmark of downtown Athens and hosted many famous guests of the time, including presidents. The Berry's were actively involved in the community and wanted to provide an elegant place of worship for the thriving black community that had outgrown its wood frame structure.
