is the Creative Director of the Creative Abundance Consulting and the Executive Director of Passion Works Studio. She has worked since 1994 as an Artist in Residence and social innovator specializing in collaborations between makers with and without developmental differences. As an Artist in Residence Patty has helped organizations nationally and internationally with start-up arts programming ventures.
is the Chief Executive Officer of the Creative Abundance Consulting and retired Operations Director of Passion Works. She has worked for more than 30 years in a variety of administrative roles supporting people with disabilities. She served as the director of two sheltered workshops in Ohio and has consulted with organizations in more than 20 states. She worked as the administrator for a statewide association for 12 years, where she developed training and provided technical assistance to sheltered workshops and adult day programs across Ohio.

Passion Works is an international leader in collaborative community arts programming. For 20 years participants and staff have been advancing approaches and project ideas within an environment full of joy and excitement. From how to organize a painting station, making adaptive equipment, facilitating collaborations, partnering with higher education…the studio has studied it and more.
